Simple! Practical! Stylish!

Great beginning activity to knit either a pair of palm warmer or a neck warmer for kids.

Start early to get ready for the winter or to prepare Christmas gifts! Within this class, you will learn the basics (cast on, knit, purl, cast off, count stitches and rows).

When? Who? How much?

Each session – 2 one hour classes – Saturday mornings (10:30a.m. – 11:30a.m.)

1st Session: July 16th & 30th
2nd Session: August 13th & 20th

For Age: 7 and up
Summer Special: $40 per child per session (includes yarn and instruction time). Needles are not included, please bring your own or we will have needles for purchase. Needle size: US 6 (4mm)

Class Description

First class – you will learn the basics to start the project, and continue knitting at home.
Second class – you can come back to clear up any knitting confusion or to get our help to learn how to cast off in order to finish your creation.

Note: Adults, Parents or Grandparents are welcome to signup and learn how to knit a pair of kid-size palm warmer for your children or grandchildren. Or you can come along with your child to learn together. We will charge either per person or per child (parent + child).

Reservations are a must, as we have to prepare materials prior to class.
