Now, we are offering Sand Art fundraising packages to let you host your own Sand Art booth at your next fundraising event! PROFIT! Let’s say you charge $5 per Sand Art Board Play! You can make $300 profit for 100 cards, $640 for 200 cards.

Rental Deposit & Policy
$50 deposit is required for each set of 2 racks (12 containers).

The Racks need to be returned within 3 days after the day you pickup the racks. For example: you come pickup on Friday, you have to return by Sunday. The additional charge of $10 per day (per 2 racks) would apply if it is not returned by the deadline. It will be considered sold if it is not returned after ten (10) days of the event date. We will automatically charge the additional cost to your credit card.

Add-ons & Extras
Delivery & Setup — To make it easier for you, we can deliver everything to your event venue, setup the racks and fill them with colored sand, and give you a brief introduce on how to guide the kids to play. At the end of the event or the next day, we will come to pickup everything. Safe you time and gas to come pickup! One less thing to worry about.
$50 – within 25 miles radius of Belmont CA. Contact us for quote to other cities that are further away.

Booth Assistant — In addition to delivery and setup, if you prefer, we can send a helper to take care of the Sand Art Station at your event. He will take care of setup and take down of everything. $35/hour/helper. Minimum of 2 hours.

DON’T WORRY ABOUT UNSOLD ITEMS! For Fundraising or charity event of purchase of 150 cards or more, you can buy our Sand Art products on consignment basis, and return any unsold products. Click here to view details about Consignment Terms & Conditions.
